Is it chapter 5? The photo of all those people look like they are all friends, so it could be Noboru and his friends since they are introduced int his chapter. The photo of death can be the murder of the cat. The photo of Tiger Woods with his golf stick can be the "weapon" that Noboru uses to kill the cat. :)
